For the trade
The tool does the simple work beautifully. The craft stays yours.
What arrives
A family designs their memorial themselves, at home, in their own time. What reaches you is a finished design they have already approved: the stone, the granite, the lettering at the size it will be cut, checked against the cemetery’s own rules while they made it.
With it comes the production pack... the drawings, the dimensions, the finishes, the inscription transcript for the council permit, and a vector you can cut from. It is the brief you would have built from a phone call and three emails, arriving finished.
The eighty and the twenty
Most memorials are a known shape with a family’s words on them, and a family can be walked through that themselves better than they can be walked through it across a counter on the worst week of their life. That is the work this does.
The rest is yours. A carved rose, a hand-cut kerb, an inscription in a script somebody’s grandmother wrote, the job that needs somebody to stand in the yard and think. No configurator does that and this one does not pretend to. When a family wants it, the tool sends them to you.
On your own site
The configurator embeds in your website under your name, with your branding. The family is yours, the enquiry is yours, and the order comes to you with everything in it. We do not sit between you and your customer.
